For those who prefer something on the boozier side, Negronis are perfect as they contain equal parts of three different spirits. This balanced cocktail comes from Italy and is perfect to sip on a sunny evening.

–        25ml gin

–        25ml Campari

–        25ml sweet vermouth

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir for around 20 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass and enjoy this iconic classic.

To take your at-home cocktails to the next level, Jordan has a few tips, “We enjoy a drink first with our eyes, so use nice glassware and buy good quality ice. Ice is your best friend when making cocktails, helping to keep the drink cool whilst making it look more impressive.”

“If you’re feeling adventurous, remember that creating cocktails is all about having fun – so experiment and go wild – just remember to taste as you go!”
