The Healed Empath explores the importance of taking care of yourself and the potential consequences if you don’t. I see a lot of the themes of this book within myself, and I felt incredibly understood when reading this book. I have always been very affected by others and their energy and to read something that has all the things I need to know about myself in one book was very significant.
Even if you are not a highly sensitive person or an empath, I believe everyone could benefit from reading this book, whether to understand someone in your life better or find ways to take care of your own struggles.
