Award Winning gut and IBS friendly Store Cupboard Foods

Slightly Different Foods – Like many, I have moments of tummy disagreements with food, my thoughts have always been food allergies but now realised that it is food sensitivities.

A food allergy affects the immune system, which can create an allergic reaction, such as hives and swelling or shortness of breath. Symptoms are brought on within minutes of consuming even a small amount of an allergy-inducing food, which may cause a severe, life-threatening reaction.

Food intolerance also known as food sensitivity means that your gut is sensitive to certain foods, which it is unable to break down and therefore unable to tolerate them. When you eat these foods, you may experience uncomfortable symptoms like gas, upset tummy and abdominal pain which although not life-threatening can be inconvenient.

Slightly Different Foods which was recently crowned Best Small Independent Producer Brand 2022 at the Free from Christmas Food Awards has created a range of Award-Winning gut and IBS-friendly foods bearing their Deliciously Different branding to help you make delicious meals in minutes.
