Puressentiel Stress Roll On – As someone who suffers from anxiety, I have tried many things to help me feel more relaxed and calmer. When I am in a state of high anxiety or panic, I try to look for things that can help at that moment to get me into a place where I feel more balanced and grounded.

Massage is a great way to increase the skin’s ability to absorb the oil as both the circulation and warmth of the skin increase the blood flow to the surface.
