Women Talking Competition Terms & Conditions – Last updated: August 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to competitions and giveaways run by Women Talking Enterprises unless otherwise stated on the individual competition page.
- Promoter

- Eligibility
- Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over unless otherwise stated.
- Employees of Women Talking Enterprises, their immediate families, or anyone directly involved in organising a competition are not eligible to enter.
- By entering, participants confirm that they meet these eligibility requirements.
- How to Enter
The method of entry will be explained in the individual competition post or article.
Unless otherwise stated:
- No purchase is necessary.
- Only eligible entries received before the closing date will be counted.
- Multiple entries may be permitted where stated.
- Automated, incomplete or fraudulent entries may be removed.
- Closing Date
The closing date and time will be clearly stated on each competition.
Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
- Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries unless otherwise stated.
- The Editor’s decision is final.
- No correspondence will be entered into regarding the winner selection.
- Winner Notification
Winners will normally be contacted within seven days of the competition closing date.
Winners will be contacted using the method stated in the competition details, such as email or official Women Talking social media channels.
Women Talking will never ask winners to make payment or provide banking details to claim a prize.
If a winner does not respond within seven days, Women Talking reserves the right to select another winner.
- Prizes
- Prizes are as described in the competition.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Prizes are non-transferable.
- Women Talking reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value where necessary.
- Prize images may be for illustration purposes only.
- Prize Fulfilment
Where Women Talking provides the prize, we will arrange delivery directly.
Where a prize is supplied by a third-party brand or partner, winner details may be shared with that organisation solely for the purpose of fulfilling the prize.
Women Talking is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers or circumstances outside our control.
- Social Media Competitions
Where competitions are hosted on Instagram, Facebook or other social media platforms:
- The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the relevant platform.
- Entrants release the relevant platform from responsibility relating to the competition.
- Women Talking will only contact winners through official channels.
- Personal Information
Personal information collected during competitions will only be used to administer the competition and deliver prizes.
Information will not be added to marketing lists unless the entrant has separately chosen to subscribe.

- Changes to Competitions
Women Talking reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend a competition where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
