My name is Milli, and I am a Reiki and Crystal Healing Practitioner. Crystal Healing will aim to return your mind, body and emotions back to a harmonious, peaceful, joyous, loving state of being in accordance with a natural order of life. Reiki is a channelling of the ‘Universal Energy’ which surrounds us all. The energy flows through my Crown Chakra and is spiritually guided to the recipient. This energy always works for the Greatest Good. Everything in this world is a frequency and when our frequencies are out of sorts, we are dis-eased (we are not at ease). When we are not at ease, our frequency shifts. Reiki and Crystal Healing can help shift your frequency to be less dis-eased.

Treatments and Services:
The treatments I offer are all holistic healing techniques and are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric diagnosis and treatment. Diagnosis is not given, and medication is not prescribed. It’s important that those who are interested in my services continue to have regular medical check-ups as part of their overall health care plan with a qualified medical professional. Every client is asked to fill out a comprehensive consultation and consent form before their session which outlines the above as well as other important details.
Reiki involves the gentle hands-on or hands-off approach of energy transfer to facilitate relaxation, stress-reduction, and overall well-being. I channel the Universal Energy (Reiki) to help provide healing. I may place my hands lightly on or above various parts of the body to channel this beautiful Reiki energy, but it will be conducted in a professional and respectful manner. During the session I may place some crystals on your body to help enhance the healing. Reiki can help to balance the Chakras as well as the mind and emotions, boosts energy, aids in sleep, promotes inner peace and harmony, improves depression and anxiety, relieves pain and speeds up recovering from a long-term illness or surgery.
Crystal Healing aims to return your mind, body and emotions back to a harmonious, peaceful, joyous, loving state of being in accordance with a natural order of life. It can bring stagnant emotions to the surface for your attention to heal and possibly make you challenge outdated thought patterns that are contributing to negative traits and states of reality. Crystal Healing will help you to feel lighter, happier, balanced, relaxed, purified and more connected. I will be able to detect any imbalances within your Chakra System, your Yin and Yang energies and your Energy Locks by tuning into your Energy Field. I will then select the crystals to help balance any imbalanced areas and place them on the front and/or back of your body and perform different healing techniques.
The Rose Quartz Crystal Facial will be a 45-minute session where you lay down on the massage bed and I will use various massage techniques using a Rose Quartz wand to massage the face. I may also place crystal Eye Soothers on your eyes to help with various perceptions of your current reality, eye health as well as headaches or migraines. I work on one side of the face first and then move to the other side of the face. Rose Quartz can help to improve any skin conditions, improves circulation, aids to withdraw any anxiety or stress, brightens the skin, has anti-aging benefits, relaxes, releases and tones the muscles, lightens and uplifts the area, reduces pain and releases excess energy.
