Inspired by mother nature, Bemuse have taken the same pure ingredients used by our ancestors – honey, water, yeast and natural flavour infusions – and re-crafted the drink for modern tastes offering a range of sparkling non-alcoholic honey wines made by natural fermentation.

Made with fragrant Raw Heather Honey from the Scottish moorlands & an intriguing combination of Tarragon, Thai Basil & Cascade Hops.
Herbaceous notes emerge together with earthy, savoury undertones, hints of fresh grass and hazelnut. Refined and aromatic with a dry and unexpected tangy finish.
Bemuse Pomona Brut
Made with delicate Apple Blossom Honey from the English Orchard, fresh ginger, cardamom and zing of orange peel.
A gentle and aromatic palate with the warmth of cardamom spice, a touch of ginger heat and invigorating hints of fruit and citrus. Elegant and intriguing with a dry and zesty finish.
Bemuse Fiora Rose
Made from aromatic borage honey from English Meadows with Wild Raspberry and Delicate Rose Petals.
An elegant, fresh and slightly zippy flavour of wild raspberry with a pleasantly silky texture. Rose petals add a floral aroma and light vanilla notes with a fresh and crisp aftertaste.
Bemuse Origo Brut
Made with floral raw Spring Wildflower Honey from English Grasslands and a unique combination of Cascade, Citra and Ekuanot Hops.
Bright and zingy notes of green apple, subtle gooseberry and mint create balances acidity and a clean finish.
