From the ubiquitous Johnnie Walker to absolute rarities such as the Macallan 1878 as an additional bonus the wine list is just as impressive – repeatedly awarded the “Best Award of Excellence” by Wine Spectator magazine.

The French Church “Au Bois” is a Neo-Gothic church with slender frontal spire and cross gables a joy to see as tucked away in the trees with a mountain back drop. This former French-Calvinist church (now evangelical church), built between 1875 and 1877 by Nicolaus Hartmann sen. Although closed on our winter visit, it is worth visiting as well as The Church of St. Maurice with its breath-taking views.

Not to be missed is the The Leaning Tower, a landmark dating back to the 12th century. It was part of the old Church of St. Mauritius, which was destroyed in 1893. It is still one of the most spectacular sights of St. Moritz today. Height: 33 m. Inclination: 5.5 degrees.
