One Concert to Rule Them All! Celebrate 25 Years of The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring.
Middle-earth is calling once again – and this time, you’ll experience it like never before.

There are some films that never lose their magic, no matter how many times you watch them. The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring is undoubtedly one of them. Twenty-five years after it first transported audiences to Tolkien’s extraordinary world of hobbits, elves and epic adventures, this cinematic masterpiece is returning in spectacular style.
This autumn and winter, fans across the UK and Ireland will have the chance to see one of the largest film-in-concert productions ever staged. Imagine the full film projected onto a giant 60-foot HD screen while an orchestra and choir of almost 240 musicians perform Howard Shore’s breathtaking, Academy Award-winning score live. It promises to be an unforgettable celebration of one of the greatest fantasy films ever made.

More Than a Film – An Experience
Whether you’re a lifelong Tolkien devotee or simply appreciate incredible film music, this is far more than a cinema screening. Every emotional moment is elevated by the sheer power of a live orchestra and chorus performing in perfect harmony with the action on screen.
From the tranquil beauty of the Shire to the suspense of the Mines of Moria and the epic landscapes of Middle-earth, Howard Shore’s iconic music brings every scene vividly to life. It’s little wonder his score remains one of the most loved in film history, having topped Classic FM’s Movie Music Hall of Fame for three consecutive years.
A Story That Continues to Inspire
Released in 2001, The Fellowship of the Ring introduced us to Frodo Baggins and his daunting mission to destroy the One Ring before it falls into the hands of darkness. Alongside Gandalf, Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli, Sam and the rest of the Fellowship, audiences embarked on a journey that has become one of cinema’s defining adventures.
Its themes of friendship, courage, loyalty and hope continue to resonate today, making it as powerful for first-time viewers as it is for those returning to Middle-earth.
