Hello, my name is Milli. I have been suffering from depression, anxiety, dizziness, and a dissociative disorder (depersonalisation/ derealisation) for almost 5 years now. My health issues have forced me to lead quite a solitary life, which has taken some time to get used to and accept. Whilst on this journey I have learnt a lot about myself on a very deep and spiritual level. I have also learnt how I got to where I am today and how to put in the work to become the best version of myself. I decided to create Millennium Milli as a creative outlet and somewhere to connect with others, so I hope you enjoy reading about the things that interest and inspire me.
