Veuve Olivier & Fils Champagne Secret De Cave – this champagne is made by small producer Veuve Olivier based in the Vallee de la Marne and exclusive to Asda. This is their top cuvee made with a small proportion of oaked wine in the blend and has been slowly aged in their cellars for 5 years giving very fine bubbles and deep baked apple crumble flavours. This pairs well with smoked salmon, lobster and roast chicken and is an IWSC Silver medal winner.
