Halloween at the Brasserie of Light

Halloween at the Brasserie of Light

Phantom of the Opera Takes Over Halloween at the Brasserie of Light – If you’re looking for a dining experience that’s equal parts glamour, drama, and a touch of the macabre this Halloween, Brasserie of Light is ready to transport you somewhere truly spellbinding. From 20th October to 2nd November, this iconic Oxford Street restaurant will take on a haunting new persona as it transforms into the Brasserie of Fright — a dazzling celebration inspired by Phantom of the Opera.

Step inside and prepare to be swept away by candlelit tables, mysterious masked figures, and a world of theatrical indulgence where every detail has been carefully crafted to captivate the senses.

Halloween at the Brasserie of Light

The Brasserie of Fright set menu offers a deliciously decadent way to embrace spooky season, with two courses for £26.95 or three for £34.95. Start with one of three tempting starters – from Rosary Goat’s Cheese Mousse to Oak Smoked Salmon or a zesty Bang Bang Chicken Salad – before moving on to mains such as Pan-Seared Sea Bream or Korean Boneless Half Chicken.

Of course, no dramatic evening would be complete without a show-stopping finale. The limited-edition Phantom of the Opera dessert is pure edible theatre – an indulgent Dark Chocolate Torte layered with Pistachio Feuilletine, dressed with Raspberry and Rose Petals, and crowned with a delicate white chocolate Phantom mask. Served with a flourish of dry ice, it’s guaranteed to make your dining companion gasp (and reach for their camera!). This dessert can also be ordered on its own throughout the Halloween period (£13.25).

To pair with your meal, three limited-edition cocktails have been conjured up in honour of the Phantom himself. Each one tells its own story:

  • The Velvet Mask (£15) – rich and seductive, with Tanqueray Gin, Amaretto Salizia, Briotette Mandarin, and a whisper of Dark Chocolate.

  • Phantom’s Desire (£15) – deep and fruity, blending Casamigos Blanco, Blackberries, and Maraschino Syrup.

  • Angel of Music (£16) – a complex, smoky mix of Johnnie Walker Ruby Whisky, Fig Liqueur, and Absinthe — perfect for those who like their cocktails with a dramatic twist.

For those wanting the full immersive experience, Brasserie of Fright will host two spectacular Halloween evenings on Thursday 31st October and Friday 1st November. Guests will enjoy a three-course menu and themed cocktail (£45pp), surrounded by the glow of candlelight and the haunting sound of live opera. Expect ethereal ballet performances weaving between tables, a pianist echoing the Phantom’s lair, and a live DJ blending eerie elegance with modern rhythm — all while masked staff and roaming actors bring the story to life around you.

Whether it’s the enchanting atmosphere, the devilishly good food, or the touch of theatrical magic, Brasserie of Fright promises a Halloween experience you’ll never forget.

So, don your mask, sip something mysterious, and prepare to dine with the Phantom.
