Cocktail Time!

Snow Queen Rouge

There's nothing like a good cocktail to raise the spirits and this week thanks to Snow Queen Vodka we have four unique creations for your to try.

SNOW QUEEN ROUGE 
By Le Saut du Loup at The Louvre, Paris

1.7fl.oz/50ml Snow Queen Vodka
Dash of sugar syrup
0.85fl.oz/25ml lychee juice
6 raspberries

Muddle the raspberries In a Boston shaker
Add all the ingredients into the shaker with a handful of ice cubes
Shake vigorously for 20 seconds
Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with a raspberry

SPICY QUEEN
By Gina Chersevani at Rasika Restaurant, Washington DC

1.7 fl.oz/50ml Snow Queen Kashmiri chilli & Star Anise infusion
0.5 fl.oz/15ml Cointreau
Dash of pomegranate juice
Dash of egg white
Dash of fresh lime
Dash of lemon juice
Dash of gomme sugar syrup 

Put the chilli and star anise in a bottle of Snow Queen and leave for a week at room temperature.
Add all the ingredients in a Boston shaker with a handful of ice cubes
Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until the mixture is frothy
Strain and serve in a chilled martini glass
Garnish with edible flower

THE GRAPETINI
By Willow Oritz and Erica Lancelotti at all of The Midnight Oil Bars in the W Hotels NYC

1.7 fl.oz/50ml Snow Queen Vodka
0.85 fl.oz/25ml of White grape juice

Put the ingredients into a Boston shaker with a handful of ice cubes
Shake vigorously for 20 seconds
Strain and serve in a chilled martini glass
Garnish with 2 cut grapes on a cocktail stick

WHITE COSMOPOLITAN

1.7 fl.oz/50ml Snow Queen Vodka
0.85 fl.oz/25ml Saint Germain
Elderflower liqueur
0.42 fl.oz/12.5ml Lime juice
0.85 fl.oz/25ml
White cranberry juice
1 edible flower

Put all the ingredients into a Boston shaker with a handful of ice cubes
Shake vigorously for 20 seconds
Strain and serve in a chilled martini glass
Garnish with the edible flower
