The Fenjiu Lantern Cocktail in Celebration of Chinese New Year

The Fenjiu Lantern Cocktail in Celebration of Chinese New Year – Raise a glass in celebration of Chinese New Year with the Fenjiu Lantern Cocktail – the perfect festive drink to make and enjoy with friends and family at home.

Fenjiu, China’s most premium Baijiu white spirit, is made using the finest natural ingredients from a 6,000-year-old recipe. Traditionally enjoyed on its own, Fenjiu is also the perfect ingredient for cocktails.

Fenjiu Ambassador and mixologist Andrea Dionori has created a bespoke cocktail for Chinese New Year to be made at home. His inspiration for the Fenjiu Lantern Cocktail came from a visit to the Fenjiu distillery in China where he was served a special Chinese date called Jujube with walnut.

The cocktail is aptly named after the Lantern Festival that marks the final day of the traditional Chinese New Year celebrations, on 8th February 2020.
