For a hand scrub, rub in olive oil then scrub with sugar and wash. For a facial, wet face thoroughly, and then massage olive oil into your skin. Use about a half teaspoon of sugar and scrub your face with that, then wipe off gently with a warm, wet cloth until the sugar is all gone.

Tips for Cleaning: Polish lacquered metal. Use a few drops of olive oil on a soft cloth. To polish furniture and wooden floors. Use 2 parts olive oil, 1 part lemon juice or just olive oil on a soft cloth. Remove paint from your skin. Rub on olive oil and let it soak a while and then wash well with soap and water. The paint usually comes off easily and without the need for any skin damaging products. Plus your skin will be softened in the process. To keep brass looking shinier for longer, buff with olive oil after cleaning. Melt beeswax with some olive oil and pour into a small tin. Makes a great leather conditioner and wood polish or lip balm!
