Liven up your breakfast with this fab new product from Buko Organic and add a Taste of the Tropics to Your Toast.
Made from 100% natural ingredients Buko Organic, the makers of 100% pure coconut water have now developed a range of organic flavoured coconut jams.
Hoping this could be one of the top trends for 2016, these exciting new food launches are the UK's first Soil Association Organic Coconut Jams. Naturally sweet with no added sugar or preservatives, gluten free, non-gmo, dairy free and vegan.
Available in three exciting flavours: Sea Salt, Chocolate and Original.
Each flavour has a velvety caramel- like taste and texture. I was hard pressed to choose which one I preferred, as they were all delicious. I tried each of the products on toast and alone on a spoon and all three were equally as tasty and a genuinely favourable alternate to my usual spread.
Original – A unique alternative to traditional jams and spreads and can also be used in smoothies and baking.
Sea salt –Try as a traditional spread on toast, on pancakes, desserts or be adventurous and mix in cocktails.
Chocolate – Irresistible, to all chocolate fans. Dig in and try it straight from the jar. Simply delicious!
Once open store at room temperature, no need to refrigerate and consume within two months.
Buko Coconut Jams are available to buy from Amazon, prices start from £5.50.

Kaya Toast and Soft Boiled Eggs
As with so many culinary delights Kaya (another name for coconut jam) Toast is simple to make.
Simply toast or, to get a crisper more authentic finish, grill two slices of white toast.
Spread one slice with a good slather of softened butter and coconut jam before adding the other side of this tropical sandwich.
Serve with two soft boiled eggs with runny yolks, adding a dash of soy sauce and a pinch of pepper.
Enjoy, as it is across Singapore, washed down with a good coffee or cup of tea.
Buko hope they will impress consumers with their environmental credentials. Alongside being registered with the Soil Association, the brand have teamed up with Cuipo (www.cuipo.org) and for every jar of jam sold a square meter of rainforest is saved – you can even enter a code, found on the side of each jar, on their website to find out where the piece of rainforest you’ve saved is.
