Bird & Wild Medium Roast, 100% Organic Arabica Coffee, strength 3.

Taste – A smooth coffee with dark chocolate tones, balanced acidity and bright floral aromas. 

Bird & Wild Espresso Dark Roast, 100% Organic Arabica Coffee, strength 4.

Taste – Balanced cocoa and fruity tanginess with a dark creamy body ideal for espresso and milky drinks. 

Bird & Wild Medium Roast, Decaf Coffee. A seasonally sourced blend of South & Central American beans produced using an organic Swiss water process, strength 3.

Taste – A smooth and versatile coffee with dark chocolate tones with balanced acidity and bright floral aromas. 

To make your perfect cup of coffee Bird & Wild have suggested using the following coffee preparation:

To prepare and serve coffee properly, keep it simple: 

  • Use fresh water for boiling. 
  • Once boiled, let the kettle cool for a few minutes, since boiling water burns the coffee (best to pour the water at between 90°C to 96°C).
  • It is always best to put too much coffee in than too little. You can always dilute the coffee if it is too strong. A rough guide is 10 grams of coffee for every 180ml of water.
