Sarah Rosenfield
Sarah is not only a Professional Pilates Instructor, but also a member of the Pilates Institute and the Pilates Umbrella. Sarah took up Pilates in 1990 on advice from her osteopath as the only cure for her own back and neck problems. Sarah now teaches full time and runs holiday/retreats around the world. Her small studio is in Belsize Park, where she teaches exclusive one2one classes.
