Zait & Zaatar is traditionally eaten by dunking a piece of bread into the Zait and then dipping it into the Zaatar. It can also be sprinkled over salads, haloumi cheese, yogurt, and used as seasoning to spice up vegetables, chicken, lamb, fish, etc... Both the Sinolea and Evoo range are made from half-green and hand-picked olives that are crushed with traditional granite stone and extracted using natural cold processes to preserve the sensitive aromatic properties, antioxidants and nutrients.
