Ah...holidadays!

I've just come back from a wonderful holiday in Thailand....ahh the magic of the temples !!!

After so many fabulous thai foot reflexology massages my back pain has seemingly vanished!! And a week after my return and 13 hours of flight later ...it's still ok!!

When can I go back???
