If you have been advised to participate in pilates classes, by Doctors or physios, what do you do? Do you attend a group class? Many people do! In my experience, it is far better to attend one2one first, to ensure you will be doing specific pilates classes to suit your injury. Group class caters for the whole general group, you will not receive extra special attention, which may be something you require. Once you know what you are doing, group classes can be fine.
