Being a woman in business is exciting, it’s fun, it creates a feeling of independence, validity and success….but what happens when you feel things could be going a bit smoother?
Who do you tell?
Who do you turn to, when to admit to anyone in your immediate circle that things aren’t how they should be, could be fatal?
What do you do when you realise the balancing act between spending time at home and the office is out of harmony?
What do you do when husbands/partners start to comment or babysitters remind you of their hourly rate, mother in laws question how you spend your time and to top it all off, the business isn’t growing as quickly as you’d love?
That’s when people like you speak to me.
I either coach you or mentor you – you choose.
As a coach, I won’t tell you what to do, underneath any confusion, fear and guilt, you probably know exactly what to do and when asked the right questions by me, you’ll not only see the woods for the trees but also be confident enough to put a plan in place and follow it. You’ll also be talking to someone who will probably have a good idea of what you’re going through and be able to understand your position.
As a mentor, I believe that I have to have gone through and been successful at whatever it is you’re aiming to achieve, this means that I’ll be completely honest about how I can help you when we first speak on the phone. If you decide that I’m the right person to work with, I’ll give you my advice, my thoughts, my top secret’s, details of the problems I’ve come up against and how I got over them. I still won’t tell you what to do, but I may tell you what I would do and what I’ve done, what previous successful clients have done and then you have the choice. You’ll still come away with a plan and you’ll feel really confident about walking through it too.
A bit about me
I’ve written three self help books for women, including the bestseller ‘Behind with the Laundry and Living off Chocolate’, I’ve been in private practice from Essex and London (www.LynetteAllen.co.uk) for 8 years and I’m also Chief Executive of Business Uncovered (www.BusinessUncovered.com), which I’m very proud to say was one of the very first networking sites for businesses to use video media.
The good news for my clients is that there isn’t usually any subject or issue I haven’t come across in some way and all my clients get all my knowledge, suitable introductions to relevant contacts, my utmost attention and above all, completely confidentiality.
Would you like to see me via video before you pick up
the phone? Then visit the video section on site.
