Lilly Light's Forecast For 2010

What does Year of The Tiger have in store for you...?

What does Year of The Tiger have in store for you...?

The Rat (1912, 1924, 1936, 1948, 1960, 1972, 1984, 1996, 2008)

As with most signs, 2010 is going to bring changes for The Rat and since you can be quite impulsive you may be better suited than most to deal with the impact of this “revolution”. If you are honest with yourself you will concede that there are many areas in your life that could do with a bit of an update and you can put this opportunity to good affect. Usually sensible with your cash, you should also consider setting yourself practical budgets for the year as overspending could be a problem if you are not careful. Your love life could also undergo a radical overhaul so stay sharp.

The Ox (1913, 1925, 1937, 1949, 1961, 1973, 1985, 1997, 2009)

Having just enjoyed 12 months under your own sign, you could have become a little complacent as everything has pretty much gone the way you wanted it to in your life over the course of 2009. However, The Ox does not warm well towards change and because 2010 is going to be all about The Tiger and dramatic changes, it is going to allow much uncertainty to creep into your world. You will find health issues could spring up and complicate matters since they will in turn have an obvious impact on your career, so plans to expand a project may need to be put on hold for a while.

The Tiger (1914, 1926, 1938, 1950, 1962, 1974, 1986, 1998, 2010)

This year represents the beginning of a cycle for your sign and as such, many of the decisions you make in 2010 may well have a long lasting impact on your long-term future. Career and relationship are two key areas where you will prosper – so long as you keep your eye on the ball at all times. Health and family could fare less well and the former in particular may see you having to consider surgery of some kind to clear a long term problem. Even though this is your own year there are going to be lows as well as highs. You just might be better equipped than most to ride the storm.

The Rabbit (1915, 1927, 1939, 1951, 1963, 1975, 1987, 1999, 2011)

The primary focus of your sign is family and home and to this extent you share little similarities with The Tiger who – although equally loyal and caring of their loved ones – tend to be more independent and driven by selfish goals. You are also not brilliant at handling change and as this is the final year in your cycle (2011 moves into The Year of The Rabbit) you could have to turn to your relatives for help or support to get you through any significant hurdles. Still, there are good things to look out for on the horizon and you will be celebrating a new addition to the family towards the end of the summer.

The Dragon (1916, 1928, 1940,1952, 1964, 1976, 1988, 2000, 2012)

Dragons are lucky creatures, who enjoy great success but can also be quite impatient at times. Since this year indicates many changes across allsigns, both your positive and negative aspects will work well in these conditions and you can look forward to putting that quick mind to good use throughout 2010. Whilst any romantic relationship will only strengthen in this year you could find that links with certain family members could become alittle more frosty but that may be something you already knew was coming. Overall, work, love and life will all give you reasons to celebrate.

The Snake (1917, 1929, 1941, 1953, 1965, 1977, 1989, 2001, 2013)

After a positive 2009 The Snake may find The Year of The Tiger a little more difficult to negotiate, largely because of the frenetic pace that this sign likes to operate at. More at home with the serene pace of your companion animals – The Rabbit and The Ox – you are going to find the first few months of 2010 very difficult to handle. However, your quick mind will allow you to stabilise by the spring and from here on it is going to be all about selecting your choices carefully and ensuring that you are comfortable with your environment. There are challenges but you can handle them.

The Horse (1918, 1930, 1942, 1954, 1966, 1978, 1990, 2002, 2014)

This year is a good year for your sign and achievements in your career will certainly be the stand out feature of the next 12 months, since these advances will also aid your finances considerably. You like nothing more than tackling the unpredictable – especially since Horses thrive under fast moving, quick thinking environments – and if you can make a project your own then the sky will be the limit. Health wise you could find you need to get back into shape because some of those “aches and pains” are down to your own lack of fitness and remember, no one backs a lame horse!

The Sheep (1919, 1931, 1943, 1955, 1967,1979, 1991, 2003, 2015)

No sign will have looked forward more to the Year of The Tiger than that of The Sheep, especially after the rather turbulent effects The Ox year (your opposite sign) had on many of you. Fortunately, whilst The Tiger isn’t your most favourite sign and the conditions it brings not entirely favourable to you, they are so much better than what 2009 “brought to the table” and certainly offer a number of reasons to be optimistic. The summer in particular will prove rewarding and there is the chance that a new romance will blossom whilst you are on a holiday or trip away.

The Monkey (1920, 1932, 1944, 1956, 1968, 1980, 1992, 2004, 2016)

2010 is going to prove an unbalanced year for your sign and you will feel that not much is being achieved and at times, the world is working against you. Relationships are not likely to fare well and if you have been living a lie then prepare to come back down to earth with a bump as the honest, loyal Tiger brings reality home to roost! Don’t rock the boat if you don’t have to and try your best to compromise rather than aggravate. You are going to get away with less than you’ve been used to in the past so play it safe rather than stupid and you might just make it through with your integrity intact.

The Rooster (1921, 1933, 1945, 1957, 1969, 1981, 1993, 2005, 2017)

There isn’t much that links The Tiger and The Rooster but your natural enthusiasm should keep you on the right track in what is sure to be a challenging period for your sign. Changes in the work place could leave you feeling insecure and robbed of previous responsibilities and if by the autumn you are not feeling able to deal with this then you should consider change quickly. Relationships may also feature fairly high up on the scale of important events and for some there will be a bright new romance whilst others will be drawn into uncomfortable legal battles.

The Dog (1922, 1934, 1946, 1958, 1970, 1982, 1994, 2006, 2018)

Out of all the signs, because of the make up of this year, Dogs are likely to enjoy the greatest successes in 2010. Not only is your sign compatible with The Tiger, you also work well in Yang years and benefit from the Metal element. Many opportunities will present themselves to you and one of your biggest dilemmas could be choosing the best one. An enviable position to be in indeed! Relationships will also grow and some of you may invite a face from the past back into your lives with explosive results!

The Boar (1923, 1935, 1947, 1959, 1971, 1983, 1995, 2007, 2019)

Love and money are the two key areas that will remain steady foryou sign this year. You won’t see sparkling results in either but there will be a balance that should see you remain on an even keel for much of 2010. A bigger problem could be one of health, especially in trying to curb that love of food so many of you share. Don’t allow weight to be a problem. If you feel the pounds piling then deal with it quickly. You may also look at moving home this year and there could be a nice little surprise waiting around the corner solook forward to opportunities in May and June.
